Dystopia Entertainment accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All currency on this page are in DKK (Danish kroner) and are stated incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items. Dystopia Entertainment uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that third parties will not be able to intercept your information in connection with the communication between our server and your computer.
At Dystopia Entertainment, we reserve the right for potential errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for items that are sold out.
Tickets can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event is held. If canceled, there is a fee of 20 DKK per ticket. The 20, - is deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. The ticket fee is non-refundable. Cancellation occurs by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number if the entire order is to be returned. Alternatively, ticket numbers on the ticket or tickets to be returned are stated out of a larger order.
We do not offer to move tickets. If you would like to move your tickets to another date or time, you can cancel your current tickets and book new ones yourself. See how to cancel your tickets under "Cancellation of tickets" above.
If that the event is canceled, you can, as a guest, either get a refund of the ticket price minus the fee or save the ticket for a later event.
Dystopia Entertainment delivers the ticket(s) online to the buyer's email address as soon as possible after the transaction has been completed. Dystopia Entertainment strives to ship orders from the webshop no later than 1-2 days after the order is placed if the goods are in stock. Your order will be delivered 3-5 business days after ordering. However, it can take up to 14 days to deliver ordered goods. Whether an item is an order item is clearly stated in the descriptions of the products. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 25 and up. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. We do not deliver abroad nor the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your goods are sent by Post Nord, DAO, or GLS. NOTE: If there is no more space for packages at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service. For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be explicitly stated before the purchase of these items.
There is a 2-year right of complaint following the Right of Purchase Act. The Right of Complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage due to the product/service's incorrect operation. Complaints do not apply to the purchase of tickets sold for events, but only physical products. Dystopia Entertainment will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details, so we can transfer the agreed amount. This information can be provided without any risks by mail or other electronic forms as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from that day; - Where you receive the order. - Get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an order delivered on different occasions, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds. - Gets the last shipment or last part in physical possession when it comes to agreement of delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts. - The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period. The buyer must bear return costs. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation has been approved by us, you must return the shipment within 14 days after. The following product types are not included in the right of cancellation: - Products that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have an evident personal touch. - Sealed products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery. Products which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery. - Items where the seal is broken. Performed non-financial services if the service provision has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of cancellation ceases when the service is fully completed. - Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer prior have expressed consent and recognition thereof, he or she thereby loses his or her right of cancellation. Products that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the item's value, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. To obtain the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product but not take it into actual use.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You bear the direct costs of the return. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being correctly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent by post by payment on delivery.
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. When exercising the right of cancellation, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of cancellation. Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the item returned unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
